Warranty

Every bag comes with a 2-year warranty. If your bag shows a defect within that time and the defect is related to the production of the bag, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will send you a repair form, and we will ask for detailed pictures and information. We'll then contact you by email to let you know how we can help and what the (repair) process will be. Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have not been approved upfront by us, by email.
